At Varivara Vestibule, we want you to love what you wear. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit or style, we offer exchanges for eligible orders as outlined below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
- Scope: Exchanges are applicable for size or style swaps (subject to stock availability).
- Exclusions: Customized items or products purchased during a Sale are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:
- WhatsApp us at 8128137709 with your Order ID, clear photos of the product, and your reason for the exchange.
- Once our team approves the request, we will guide you through the next steps to complete the process.
RETURN POLICY
As a premium apparel brand, we offer returns or refunds in the form of store credit, provided the product meets the following criteria:
Return Eligibility (Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Products Only):
- Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Documentation: Please share clear photos and details of the issue via WhatsApp.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
The Process:
- Initiate: WhatsApp your order details and reason for return to 8128137709.
- Shipping: Once verified, you will need to courier the item back to our facility at your own cost (unless the return is due to a dispatch error from our end).
- Inspection & Credit: After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue Store Credit equivalent to your purchase amount.
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months and will be sent via email or WhatsApp as a unique coupon code for use at checkout.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during a Sale or promotional event.
- Customized or altered garments tailored to your measurements.
- Products that show signs of being worn, washed, or damaged due to customer handling.
